About the position

The WebFocus Product Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the WebFocus environment within a large IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting, configuration changes, and incident resolution in a 24/7 operational setting. The administrator will work primarily in a Linux environment and must be flexible to work on-call and during off-hours for production changes.

Responsibilities

• Implement, support, and maintain the WebFocus environment for customers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot WebFocus issues.
• Update trouble tickets and create change requests in support of the WebFocus product.
• Conduct technical deep dives and root cause analysis for issues.
• Perform system monitoring and health checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in troubleshooting during live conference calls with team members.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of experience in WebFocus Administration.
• Knowledgeable with WebFocus services software.
• Experience with installing and configuring WebFocus on a Unix OS.
• Ability to provide installation, optimization, and troubleshooting support for WebFocus.
