About the position

The Web Front End Developer with AWS expertise will work within a collaborative team to design, deploy, and maintain critical business applications. This role involves influencing best practices across engineering teams, leading technical initiatives, and providing production support for applications. The developer will also focus on continuous improvement of processes and automation within the production environment.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to plan, deploy, and maintain critical business applications.
• Design and implement environments for applications and engineer release management procedures.
• Provide production support and represent applications in Agile stand-ups and planning sessions.
• Influence other teams in adopting best practices and drive deliverables as a technical lead.
• Drive improvements to processes and design enhancements for automation.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with IT and Business partners for remediation.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Front-end developer.
• Hands-on experience with markup languages.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular, Node.js.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• Experience in developing applications using AWS services like S3, EC2, RDS, SNS, SQS, SES, Amazon MQ.
• Good knowledge in containers (Docker) and container-based development and deployment.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Ability to learn and use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in development related to Medical modality software.
• Knowledge in Health Care Standards & regulations like DICOM, HL7, IHE, HIPPA.
