About the position

The Web & Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing a variety of web and print projects, including websites, landing pages, brochures, ads, and e-newsletters. This creative role involves working with clients across different fields and styles, contributing to a positive and friendly work environment. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work from home twice a week while being present in the office for the remaining days.

Responsibilities

• Design and/or code websites, microsites, landing pages, emails, and other projects.
• Design brochures, flyers, ads, and other print projects.
• Gauge the usability of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for change.
• Create comps based on knowledge of design principles, including layout, color selection, and typography.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any field) or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• An online portfolio showcasing design work.
• Excellent design skills in InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of UX and UI concepts.
