We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Web Designer and Graphic Designer. This position is ideal for someone with mid-level experience in both web design and graphic design. The role involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, as well as engaging graphics for various marketing materials, social media posts, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on collaboration with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and create visually appealing websites, graphics, and other digital content
• Work collaboratively with 3rd party vendors and team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs
• Use leading industry software, technology, and tools to develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client expectations
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field
• 3-5 years+ of experience in web and graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other design software
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Portfolio showcasing previous web and graphic design work
