Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive site merchandising strategies aligned with marketing, product, and financial goals.
• Optimize product presentation: Ensure products are displayed optimally on the website, including accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and appropriate categorization.
• Drive online promotions: Assist in planning and executing online promotions, ensuring they are effectively reflected on the website and aligned with overall marketing campaigns.
• Leverage data insights: Analyze website performance metrics to optimize product placement, content, and promotions, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Enhance user experience: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve site navigation, search functionality, and overall user experience.
• Manage content: Oversee the online content calendar, ensuring merchandising content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Stay competitive: Conduct regular competitive analyses to stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure web merchandising strategies align with broader business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web merchandising or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
