FieldFLEX is seeking experienced Web/Mobile App Developers to join our team and work on an enterprise-level mobile application platform based on web programming techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving bugs and creating new functions, features, and capabilities using an internally developed platform based on web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite. This role is fully remote, allowing successful candidates to live anywhere in the world, but they must be available to work with other team members during normal North American business hours. In this position, you will develop new features, functions, and capabilities to enhance the user experience and meet business requirements. You will work closely with the development team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in FieldFLEX mobile applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. You will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables, and optimize app performance to ensure compatibility with various mobile devices and platforms.
