About The Position

NSF International is seeking a Web Project Manager responsible for coordinating and managing web-related projects and daily digital operational requests. This role focuses on ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives, requiring strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will implement workflows, support larger-scale web projects, and assist with website optimization and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in web project management, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in managing web operations and project workflows.
• Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools is preferred.
• Understanding of Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Drupal, Craft CMS.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate and articulate to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in website content management systems (CMS) and Google Analytics (GA4) reporting.
• Experience in HTML and CSS.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A problem-solving mindset and adaptability to manage dynamic project needs.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or web analytics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Web Request Management by serving as the primary manager for incoming web requests, ensuring clarity and completeness of submissions.
• Assign tasks to appropriate team members based on their workload and deadlines, monitoring team bandwidth to re-prioritize tasks as needed.
• Streamline workflows by implementing and refining processes for efficiency, identifying and proposing efficiencies in processes or platforms with the web team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate Large-Scale Web Initiatives by assisting in planning and executing significant projects, such as launching new websites, establishing project timelines and milestones.
• Provide regular status updates and prepare materials for meetings with key stakeholders, maintaining momentum by ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate Data Reporting and Communication by preparing and sharing web performance and project progress reports, analyzing data from Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support Website Operations and Optimization by assisting with content updates and management, participating in quality assurance by testing new website features and functionalities, and assisting with web marketing efforts.
