About the position

The Web/SEO Manager will be responsible for enhancing the company's online presence through effective website design, development, and search engine optimization (SEO). This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to ensure the website is user-friendly, secure, and ranks well in search engines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design and SEO strategies, along with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain the company website, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Build and edit web pages using CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
• Optimize website responsiveness, functionality, and security for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to implement new features and updates.
• Create and update website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and multimedia elements.
• Work with content and marketing teams to develop engaging and SEO-friendly web content.
• Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize site structure, meta tags, and internal linking for maximum search engine visibility.
• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs, and generate actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in website design, development, and SEO.
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web design and optimization projects.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
