About the position

The Web & SEO Marketing Manager will oversee web content and SEO initiatives to enhance SRS Acquiom's digital presence. This role requires a metrics-focused marketer who can translate marketing strategies into effective online implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will analyze website traffic, stay updated on marketing trends, and create engaging web experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director, Web & Digital Marketing to maintain, develop and deliver on a strategic roadmap of key website priorities ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage the development and support of company website(s), user experience, content optimization, brand integration, web UX journeys and KPIs
  • Execute strategies to establish and expand SRS Acquiom's web presence globally, ensuring alignment with international growth objectives and localized brand messaging
  • Create new web pages using CMS templates and modules
  • Act as project manager for website updates working closely with Marketing, IT, and external partners on timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget and to the highest standards
  • Implement rigorous testing and optimization strategies to enhance the website's effectiveness in driving demand, enhancing the customer journey and improve conversion rates
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the content management system and analytics dashboards
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools, etc.); report performance of key KPIs
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to provide ongoing analytics that lead to better decision making and inform program optimization
  • Provide internal reports and presentations on a regular basis
  • Stay abreast of SEO and GEO best practices, work with external agency to monitor and improve search engine optimization and generative AI engine results for the company's site(s)
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization to boost website visibility
  • Work with the content team to align the recommended SEO optimizations to their content deliverables
  • Help manage A/B testing and heatmaps to improve web UX and digital marketing efforts
  • Work in Asana boards, Google Tag Manager, Smartsheet, Microsoft apps (Excel, PPT), SEO tools
  • Provide exemplary service to internal customers, and strong collaboration with marketing team members
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with IT, risk and compliance, and external partners
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years marketing experience, 2+ years in a B2B role
  • BA or BS degree from a four-year college/university
  • Experience with website content management systems and SEO
  • Experience with Web Analytics tools (deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is a strong plus), analyzing data and able to synthesize findings and impacts
  • Experience with B2B campaign tactics such as Paid Search, Display Advertising, Content Marketing, and other factors that impact web conversions
  • Strong project management skills including the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines
  • Strong written and communication skills, ability to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations with attention to detail
  • Deep knowledge of usability and customer experience principles for web information architecture and design
