About the position

We are in search of a Web Designer with experience working in Bloomreach. This role is fully remote and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week through the end of the year. The current project priorities include moving articles from the current CMS (Hybrid) to Bloomreach, which involves basic design and content building. It is important to note that this is not a strategic role; rather, it is task-oriented. Additionally, the role involves branding ideas around a B2B site, including logos and headers, where branding experience is considered a plus. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for developing web pages, microsites, and emails from initial briefs. You will work through various design options and present potential solutions with minimal direction. Participation in a constructive feedback process is essential, as you will need to incorporate changes or defend your design approach when necessary. Your design knowledge and experience with front-end frameworks and in-house standards will be crucial in creating web pages and emails that meet both business and technical needs. You will also be tasked with building within HubSpot to create emails, landing pages, and CTAs, ensuring adherence to brand standards. Collaboration with the IT team will be necessary to implement these elements on the company website. Providing compliant HTML and CSS to support all web properties and ensuring compatibility with major browsers and devices is a key responsibility. Staying up-to-date with new technologies and design trends will help ensure that our websites follow best practices and are ready to leverage new advancements. You will bring a unique design sense to help shape the look and feel of our digital presence, providing creative solutions to design and UI challenges for web and email properties. Additionally, reviewing content and requirements while working through projects will be necessary to ensure they meet the needs of the solutions you are crafting. Collaboration with the project manager and stakeholders to update and revise content as needed is also part of the role.
