About The Position

The Analyst WebSphere MQ Support role is focused on providing support for WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Application Server software systems. The position involves troubleshooting production interfaces, maintaining production systems, and participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation for middleware applications. The analyst will work independently to analyze, design, code, test, debug, document, and install solutions and production fixes, while also maintaining good relationships with other IT departments to ensure successful enhancements and fixes.
