About the position

The Web Technology Architect role at Randstad US involves developing and executing a foundational web architecture framework to enhance user experience across various devices. The position focuses on creating a mobile-first website that is modular, fast, and optimized for search engines, while also implementing various tools and processes to ensure high performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the web architecture foundational framework and website.
• Ensure the website is mobile-first and provides a great user experience on Desktop and Tablets.
• Create a new architecture to publish, render, and deliver pages.
• Ensure the website is modular, fast, SEO optimized, and supports A/B testing.
• Develop a new rendering engine/approach for responsive and fast page delivery that passes Google Core Web Vitals check.
• Architect Search Engine Marketing pages for targeting multiple campaigns across Google and Bing, ensuring landing pages support A/B testing and are optimized for performance.
• Evaluate Content Management System and publishing strategy, implementing and optimizing the right solution.
• Implement Customer Data Platform (CDP), Analytics, Heat Mapping tools, and technical SEO tools.
• Establish development processes to ensure developer productivity and multiple release deployments.
• Develop API frameworks and web widgets for B2B partnerships for lead acquisition.
• Work with shared services organization to optimize cloud (Azure) environments for hosting scalable and resilient websites.
• Create a roadmap to modernize deployment pipelines and move to container-based hosting.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Marketing, and Operational teams to deliver new designs.
• Evaluate and optimize talent needed to run a multi-faceted website that is performant and SEO optimized.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in web technology architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Familiarity with Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
