About the position

The UX Designer position at Randstad involves enhancing the client experience for a leading wealth management client. The role focuses on designing a new product offering from the ground up, aiming to scale client engagement and create multi-channel growth opportunities. The designer will work closely with the UX lead and research team to craft intuitive user experiences that empower clients in their financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the UX lead to execute the product vision throughout the end-to-end product design process.
• Understanding the underlying needs and motivations of clients to achieve business goals and provide value.
• Crafting intuitive and elegant experiences that empower clients to make confident financial decisions.
• Collaborating with the research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for value-driven design decisions.
• Creating and presenting design deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to instill confidence in solutions.
• Forming holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into the wealth management product ecosystem.
• Designing and delivering responsive/adaptive solutions optimized for web and mobile interfaces, partnering with engineers to translate designs into successful products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
