About the position

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Website Content Creator & Web Designer to join our team. This role requires strong English language skills for creating, editing, and managing content for various websites, along with a variety of administrative and support tasks. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with WordPress and a solid background in web design, while also being responsible for customer service and general warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage engaging website content with strong attention to detail and language quality
• Update and maintain content using WordPress CMS
• Design, redesign, and improve website layouts, ensuring a visually compelling and intuitive user experience
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to align design and content strategies
• Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and performance across multiple devices
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Package and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including organization, inventory management, and shipping/receiving
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations across different areas of the business
• Stay up to date with web design trends and implement best practices

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
• Strong experience with WordPress, including content management and customization
• Proven experience in web design, with a portfolio of past work
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end design tools
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
• Ability to handle customer service duties professionally over the phone and via email
• Ability to manage and package orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Willingness to assist with general warehouse tasks and collaborate with team members
