About the position

The Website Copywriter (Part-time) role involves creating and managing content for the company's online community, specifically tailored for franchisees in the Travel, Transport & Logistics industry. The position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure timely and relevant content updates, as well as the ability to draft and publish articles and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage content requests from various departments/business teams.
• Draft new and update existing copy on the company Community.
• Publish updated or new documents and resources as provided by business teams.
• Identify technical/publishing issues and escalate them to the internal Salesforce team.
• Support standalone communication creation and distribution as time allows.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of communications/writing experience in a corporate communications or B2B environment.
• Understanding of digital copywriting and SEO principles.
• Experience writing and editing website copy with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, planning, and project management skills.
• Experience with content management systems and web publishing standards/best practices.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Photoshop/graphic design experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CMS and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
