About the position

TBH Creative is seeking a Website Copywriter responsible for creating, editing, and proofreading optimized digital content that enhances customer experience and drives engagement. The role involves synthesizing business and buyer needs into compelling copy across various digital platforms, particularly websites, while ensuring SEO best practices are integrated into the content.

Responsibilities

• Audit, reorganize, and edit large bodies of website content and make recommendations for an improved user experience.
• Outline ideas for content clearly for approval before writing full pages begins.
• Write and edit copy for websites/microsites and landing pages.
• Write and edit copy for blog posts, case studies, and stories.
• Write and edit copy for pillar pages and SEO clusters.
• Write and edit copy for outbound emails and automated email workflows.
• Collaborate and refine with the design team to fit parameters.
• Write compelling social media posts.
• Write paid advertisements that yield clicks.
• Incorporate SEO into web page copy.
• Build and/or execute SEO plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Mastery of short-, medium-, and long-form storytelling for different channels.
• Knowledge of keyword research and SEO standards for website copy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfort presenting work to clients and providing rationale for creative decisions.

Nice-to-haves

• Track record of creating content that converts customers and supports sales goals.
• Ability to think on your feet and make quick strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with Google Documents.
