About the position

The Website Copywriter role at RightStone is a temporary position focused on crafting and editing content for the company's Community pages. The primary responsibilities include managing content requests, drafting and updating copy, and ensuring quality assurance on published materials. This part-time role requires collaboration with various departments to deliver timely and relevant content that supports franchisees' business needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with departments/business teams to manage content requests and develop relevant content on company Community.
• Draft new and/or update existing copy on company Community, including 'What's New' articles.
• Publish updated or new documents and resources as provided by business teams.
• Identify technical/publishing issues and escalate them to the internal Salesforce team.
• Support standalone communication creation and distribution if hours allow.

Requirements

• Understanding of digital copywriting and SEO principles.
• Experience writing and editing website copy with fluency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong organizational, time management, planning, and project management skills.
• Experience with content management systems and web publishing standards; Salesforce CMS experience is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
• Photoshop/graphic design experience is a plus.
• 3-5 years of communications/writing experience in a corporate communications or B2B environment is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Graphic design skills.
