About the position

We are seeking a talented website designer and developer with strong graphic design skills to build and redesign our website for a high-end international luxury jeweler. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both backend and frontend development, capable of creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites while optimizing for SEO and enhancing user engagement through compelling content.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly website using WordPress, HTML5, CSS, etc.
• Collaborate with the owner to gather and understand project requirements.
• Add an appointment scheduler and upload inventory to the website.
• Create calls to action and interesting content for web pages.
• Tag pictures and optimize the site for SEO.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or strong skills in web design and development.
• Proficient in WordPress, HTML5, CSS, and other relevant web design tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of UI principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of responsive web design techniques.
