About the position

The Wedding and Events Facility Planner at Dean's Mill Farm is responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of weddings and events hosted at the facility in Stonington, Connecticut. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their event requirements, managing logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their event requirements and vision
  • Plan and execute weddings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and budget management
  • Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and musicians
  • Handle event details and timelines, ensuring proper setup and breakdown
  • Assist clients with menu selection, seating arrangements, and other event-related decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements
