Shutter & Sound, a leading name in wedding videography, is on the lookout for passionate Wedding Content Creators to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to capture the essence of each couple's wedding day through engaging and visually captivating content. As a Wedding Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in both creating and curating multimedia content that showcases the magic and emotion of weddings. This position is ideal for creative individuals who can seamlessly blend photography, videography, and digital content creation to enhance our storytelling and brand presence. In this role, you will be on-site at weddings, responsible for developing and producing multimedia content tailored for social media platforms. This includes capturing photos, videos, reels, and stories that reflect the joy and uniqueness of each wedding. You will collaborate closely with our photography and videography teams to ensure that the content aligns with our brand's aesthetic and storytelling goals. A key aspect of this position is the timely delivery of all photos, footage, and reels to the couple, which requires an efficient system for transferring content from your device to the cloud within 24 hours. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong understanding of current social media trends, particularly on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Your storytelling skills will be crucial in capturing and conveying the emotions of the day through your visual content. Responsibilities
- Develop and produce multimedia content on-site at weddings for social media platforms, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
- Work collaboratively with our photography and videography teams to capture and edit visual content that reflects the joy and uniqueness of each wedding.
- Deliver all photos, footage, and reels to the client either the next day.
- Maintain an efficient system for transferring content from your phone to the cloud for timely delivery to the couple.
- Develop and maintain a consistent and brand-aligned aesthetic across all digital content.
Requirements
- Must own an iPhone with 'cinematic video mode', portrait photo mode, and ample available storage.
- Must have integrity and never cancel or bail on a gig.
- Proven experience in content creation, with a focus on photography and videography.
- Experience in the wedding industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of current social media platforms and trends, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to capture and convey emotion through visual content.
- Must have a reliable car.
- Creative and artistic skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing schedules and demands.
