Cescaphe Event Group is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Wedding & Events Manager to join our premier wedding brand and team in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, plus bonuses and client tips. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fine dining hospitality industry and a passion for exceeding client expectations for their special events. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and coordinating exquisite events, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on event days, leading a team of talented staff to achieve excellent event execution. Your role will involve collaborating with culinary and operations teams, as well as outside vendors, to ensure successful event execution. You will also handle paperwork, maintain effective communication, and be flexible to perform additional duties as needed to meet business requirements. In this role, you will be expected to educate and guide clients in their decisions, ensuring that all pertinent information is collected and communicated to the appropriate departments. You will conduct post-event discussions with clients and oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the venue.
