About the position

KGAN is seeking a full-time Weekend Anchor/Multimedia Journalist who will lead the team in planning shows and producing content. The role requires a dynamic journalist with strong leadership skills, an investigative approach to reporting, and the ability to tackle breaking news live in the field. The ideal candidate will engage with the audience through social media and collaborate effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and production of news shows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of on-air experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Live commercial television experience is essential.
• Strong in-the-field and live reporting skills.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a conversational style.
• Strong editorial judgment and ethical foundation.
