About the position

As a Brand Advocate for BDS Connected Solutions, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating and selling Qualcomm-powered computing devices at retail locations. This part-time position requires you to engage with consumers, educate retail associates, and drive sales through effective product demonstrations and relationship building. Your work will primarily take place on weekends, with the potential for additional shifts during the week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPIs and strive to consistently meet sales goals and program objectives.
• Convert product benefits to sales by fully understanding the features and benefits of Qualcomm products.
• Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations.
• Build long-lasting partnerships and relationships with store personnel.
• Engage and educate retail sales associates to create excitement and increase recommendation rates.
• Perform day-to-day operations, including merchandising and maintaining interactive displays.
• Gather, summarize, and report daily on field and channel feedback and activities.
• Coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events periodically.
• Display a professional demeanor while representing Qualcomm and BDS Connected Solutions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background in consumer electronics and the retail environment.
• Experience in sales and/or customer-facing roles at retail.
