About The Position

As a Brand Advocate for BDS Connected Solutions, you will be responsible for demonstrating and selling Qualcomm-powered computing devices at retail locations. This part-time role requires engaging with consumers and retail associates to drive sales and enhance product knowledge. You will work primarily on weekends, with potential additional shifts during the week, focusing on achieving sales goals and building relationships within the retail environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Background in consumer electronics and the retail environment
• Experience in sales and/or customer-facing experience at retail
• Strong interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new products
• Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
• High level of initiative and drive to learn
• Strong sales negotiation skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Availability to work on weekends
• Access to either an iPhone or Android smartphone

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPIs and strive to consistently meet sales goals and program objectives
• Convert product benefits to sales by understanding the features and benefits of Qualcomm products
• Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations
• Build long-lasting partnerships and relationships with store personnel
• Engage and educate retail sales associates to increase the rate of recommendation
• Perform day-to-day operations including merchandising and maintaining interactive displays
• Gather, summarize, and report daily on field and channel feedback and activities
• Coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events
• Display a professional demeanor while representing Qualcomm and BDS Connected Solutions
