As a receptionist, the individual will be responsible for managing the flow of information within the organization, which includes operating a multi-line switchboard to handle incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls. This role also involves providing clerical support to hospital personnel and acting as an information center for visitors. The receptionist must maintain a calm demeanor, especially in crisis situations, and work closely with the Intake department to assist prospective patients.
