Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
- Observe and survey the assigned area for security purposes.
- Report on activity and incidents at the assigned location.
- Respond rapidly to critical situations as they arise.
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards effectively.
- Write detailed reports on observations and incidents.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent (GED).
- CT Guard Card required.
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
- Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a supervisor in a security role.
- CPR certification.
