About the position

The Weekend Security Supervisor at GardaWorld is responsible for overseeing security operations during the night shift, ensuring the safety and security of the assigned location. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to respond quickly to critical situations, and the capability to write detailed reports. The position is part-time, focusing on maintaining a secure environment while providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Observe and survey the area, reporting on activity at the assigned location.
• Respond rapidly in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports on incidents and activities.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• At least 1 year of security supervisor experience.
• CT Guard Card required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
