About the position
The Weight Loss Consultant at Livea Weight Control Centers is responsible for supporting, motivating, and educating clients on personalized weight loss programs. This role involves one-on-one coaching to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals, while also exceeding center expectations through exceptional client service. The consultant will work in a collaborative team environment and contribute to the overall mission of improving clients' lives through effective weight management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Support, motivate, and educate clients on the Livea program via weekly one-on-one coaching.
- Exceed center goals and expectations through delivering exceptional client service.
- Communicate effectively with clients both virtually and in person.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Dietitian license (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in weight loss, wellness, or a similar image-based industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work day shifts, early evenings, Fridays, and some Saturday mornings.
Nice-to-haves
- Willingness to float amongst other local centers until permanent placement is needed.
