About the position
The Weight Loss Support Coach role at Livea Weight Control Centers is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others achieve their weight loss goals. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and includes paid training to equip coaches with the necessary skills to provide encouragement, guidance, and accountability to clients. Coaches will work in a supportive team environment, focusing on building relationships and recommending resources to enhance clients' health journeys.
Responsibilities
- Provide encouragement and accountability to clients on their weight loss journey.
- Introduce clients to products and resources that can enhance their results.
- Complete two weeks of paid classroom training to prepare for client support.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to support clients effectively.
- Build trust with clients to help them make lasting changes.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Dietitian license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in weight loss or health and wellness (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work day shifts, early evenings, and some Saturday mornings.
- Reliability and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in retail or sales.
- Background in health, wellness, or fitness.
