About the position

The Weights and Research Coordinator at R+L Carriers is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of revenue on shipments by reviewing and verifying the classification of shipments against the bill of lading information. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the company's shipping processes and requires attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review shipments as they pass across the docks to verify accuracy of shipment classification.
• Ensure R+L Carriers receives appropriate revenue on shipments.
• Analyze discrepancies between actual shipment class and bill of lading information.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to meet operational demands.

Requirements

• Any type of LTL experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to self-motivate and self-manage.
• Willingness to learn.
• Analytical skills.
• Computer proficiency.
