Responsibilities
- Perform general labor operations
- Operate hand tools
- Perform general housekeeping within designated areas
- Apply Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques to improve weld-preparation operations
- Apply Problem-Solving Tools and Techniques to assist Welding in the elimination of defects
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in forklift operation or inventory control procedures
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and self-directed
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a sense of urgency
- Flexibility with work activities; available for overtime
- Ability to operate pneumatic or various hand tools
Nice-to-haves
- Material handling experience
