Responsibilities
- Manage capital projects aimed at reducing headcount and increasing automation.
- Provide troubleshooting support for equipment issues that maintenance cannot resolve.
- Conduct downtime and quality investigations to identify and rectify production inefficiencies.
- Design tooling and fixtures for manufacturing processes based on specifications from the new product development team.
Requirements
- Experience in robotic welding and tooling design.
- Proven track record in managing capital projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving equipment and process issues.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturing principles, particularly using CATIA.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with CNC machining and press brake operations.
- Knowledge of hydraulic cylinder and hose manufacturing processes.
