About the position
Dexter, a leading manufacturer and supplier in the trailer and towing components industry, is seeking Production Welders for its facility in Elkhart, Indiana. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of quality and efficiency that Dexter is known for. As a Production Welder, you will be responsible for executing various welding tasks in a fast-paced environment, adhering to established production procedures to ensure safety and quality in every weld. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Mig-Welder and/or Robotic Welder, demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. This position requires a strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to collaborate within a team. Candidates must be adaptable to the dynamic nature of the manufacturing environment and be willing to work overtime as needed. A successful candidate will also need to pass a weld test to validate their skills.
