As a Welder/Fabricator at Core & Main, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and control standards. You will work collaboratively within a team environment, focusing on achieving common goals while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety in the workplace. Your attention to detail will be essential as you follow written instructions to ensure that the finished products align with the required specifications. In this position, you will be responsible for reading CAD or hand drawings to accurately measure, cut, fit-up, and align materials for welding various configurations. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to operate lift equipment and may occasionally need to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Your ability to work with your hands and take pride in your craftsmanship will be key to your success in this role.
