About the position
Sun Country Truck Equipment Inc is seeking a skilled Welder-Fabricator to join our team. As the premier commercial truck body manufacturer and commercial vehicle equipment supplier in Arizona, we specialize in creating custom manufactured truck bodies and factory commercial vehicle equipment. Our products range from landscape bodies and service bodies to van interiors, flatbeds, hitches, and accessories. The Welder-Fabricator will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in metal welding and fabrication, as well as proficiency in overhead crane operation and jigging. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years of welding experience and possesses a strong motivation to excel in their role. Good communication skills, common sense, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing concepts are essential traits for this position. The ability to work long hours in an open-air shop environment is also required. A welding test will be conducted during the interview process to assess the candidate's skills. While some training will be available for committed candidates, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is considered a plus. Additionally, being bilingual is advantageous. Responsibilities

Requirements
