About the position
We are seeking an additional Welder for our custom metal fabrication shop in Flagstaff. The role involves working on a variety of projects including custom home railings, structural work, and mobile repairs, primarily using gas shielded MIG welding techniques. The work environment is described as low drama with competitive pay.
Responsibilities
- Perform gas shielded MIG welding on various metal fabrication projects.
- Fabricate custom home railings and structural components.
- Conduct mobile repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Experience in MIG welding, particularly gas shielded techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Nice-to-haves
- Welding certifications are a plus.
- Experience with other welding techniques.
