About the position
The Welder position at our client in Worcester, MA involves performing both routine and robotic welding tasks on various assemblies. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently while assisting other operators as needed. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills and experience to contribute effectively to the team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine hand-welding or robotic welding on standard and near-standard assemblies.
- De-burr, grind, and fit components prior to welding.
- Grind and polish finished elements as required.
- Block jig or position parts prior to welding.
- Assist other operators in their work as directed/required.
