Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of practical work experience in welding, including MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-cored processes.
• Experience with oxy-acetylene torch work, plasma cutting, and brazing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy in teaching.
