About the position

Our client is seeking a Well-Being Operations Coordinator to join their team. This candidate will provide wellbeing related services to employees. Such services may include but are not limited to: exercise floor supervision, group exercise instruction, education, and coaching. This position will be on-site in the Burbank office. The pay rate for this role is between $19 and $21 per hour. The Well-Being Operations Coordinator will be responsible for performing front desk duties, which include answering phones, emailing members, and fielding questions regarding eligibility and services. The coordinator will also register new participants and provide orientation to the Health and Wellness Center (H.H.C) and introduce them to various programs. Additionally, upon request, the coordinator will complete fitness assessments and consult on fitness routine development that minimizes risks and improves health. The role requires the coordinator to open, supervise, and close the facility as needed, ensuring cross-shift coverage at all times. They will instruct employees on the proper use of equipment and assist in maintaining the facility and equipment through intermittent cleaning and preventive maintenance servicing. The coordinator will also assist in group exercise instruction and class design, coordinate programs and initiatives supporting the wellness strategy, manage program logistics, and gather metrics to track employee program utilization. Furthermore, they will assess program outcomes and provide an exceptional employee experience through customer service and program-driven offerings, collecting program feedback to implement future wellbeing offerings.

Responsibilities
