Responsibilities

• Conduct new client consultations and membership sales.
• Serve as the lead customer service contact for all clients and prospects.
• Monitor client sessions to ensure appointments run on time.
• Promote current client renewals and acquire new prospects via telephone and text inquiries.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the studio.
• Collaborate with studio stretch practitioners and management to provide outstanding service.
