The Wellness Advisor at Stretch Zone is a pivotal role focused on enhancing client health and wellness through a proprietary stretching method. Responsibilities

• Conduct new client consultations and facilitate membership sales.
• Serve as the lead customer service contact for all clients and prospects.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the studio by monitoring client sessions and appointment schedules.
• Promote current client renewals and acquire new prospects through telephone and text inquiries.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the studio environment.
• Collaborate with studio stretch practitioners and management to provide outstanding service.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience is required.
• 1 year of computer skills is preferred.
• A Master's degree is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in health coaching is a plus.
• Ability to create care plans for clients.
