About the position
The Wellness Coach (Sales Associate) at Natural Life is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and promoting health and wellness products, specifically CBD, Kratom, and Kava. The position involves engaging with customers, maintaining store operations, and participating in community marketing efforts to enhance brand recognition.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and invite them into the store.
- Provide transparent and well-informed knowledge about CBD, Kratom, and Kava products.
- Maintain the store through timely restocking and cleaning throughout the shift.
- Complete daily and weekly tasks as outlined by the management team.
- Receive and enter inventory, updating the management team when products arrive.
- Communicate in a timely manner with team members and management.
- Uphold the company's core values by being respectful, responsible, and timely.
- Market the store by setting up tables at farmers markets and local events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of sales experience required.
- 2 years of retail management experience required.
- 3 years of customer service experience required.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior knowledge about CBD, Kratom, and Kava is a plus but not necessary.
- Brand marketing experience is preferred.
