Responsibilities
- Oversee the care of residents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Supervise and train resident care employees.
- Conduct regular visits and assessments of residents.
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to meet resident needs.
- Foster positive labor/management relationships through open communication.
- Assist the Executive Director in maintaining high care standards.
Requirements
- Current valid Georgia LPN or RN license.
- CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience working with residents in a long-term care setting.
- Ability to serve on an on-call rotation.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
Nice-to-haves
- Supervisory experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
- Experience in assisted living is preferred.
