We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding inventory purchasing and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.
• Foster positive relationships with customers through effective phone etiquette and in-person interactions.
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role with strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail software applications.
• Strong understanding of retail math concepts for inventory management and sales analysis.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
