The WEMBA Career Coach Consultant: Entrepreneurship is a part-time, temporary role at the University of Pennsylvania, focused on providing entrepreneurial career coaching and programming for WEMBA student entrepreneurs. The consultant will engage in advising, programming, and alumni cultivation, while also fostering partnerships across various schools and centers within the university.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and in-person career advising for WEMBA students.
• Organize and facilitate in-person entrepreneurship days and virtual global programs.
• Recruit alumni for the CareerPath Connections and Alumni Career Experts Program.
• Manage the WEMBA Alumni LinkedIn group.
• Collaborate with cross-school entrepreneurship centers to strengthen relationships.
• Streamline advising and program communications through Wharton's platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in career coaching or advising, particularly in entrepreneurship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and cultivate alumni relationships.
• Familiarity with virtual and in-person program facilitation.
