Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care for West Campus Units.
- Act as a resource for staff to assist with problem-solving patient care issues.
- Coordinate with the Rapid Response Team and Patient Flow Specialist for patient transfers to East Campus.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
- Handle a variety of stressful situations and conflicts.
- Perform all job duties or tasks as assigned.
- Follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Current state registered nurse license required.
- Current acute care experience of five years, with at least two years in critical care areas preferred.
