About the position
The Fine Dining Server at Western Door Steakhouse is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a professional and courteous manner. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to manage the demands of serving in a fine dining setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly service of food and beverages to guests.
- Interact with customers and staff effectively, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Carry and serve food on large trays, managing weights up to fifty pounds.
- Assist guests with special needs, such as helping the elderly or accommodating requests.
- Maintain a calm and organized demeanor in a busy environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- At least three years of fine dining server experience preferred.
- Proficient in large tray service and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
