About the position

The Western Region Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and profitability within the traditional sales sector across the western Canadian region, specifically in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. This role focuses on maintaining strong customer communication and enhancing the company's presence in the hardlines/hardware market, while also providing technical sales support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all current Western region distributors are well-positioned for growth through effective account management.
  • Identify and cultivate new customers with the potential to evolve into major 'Green' house accounts.
  • Drive maximum sales volume and profitability for all accounts in the western region, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Maintain and distribute up-to-date pricing structures, literature, and marketing materials for all product lines.
  • Provide technical sales support across all regions to assist top customers when needed.
  • Keep others informed of any market developments that may impact business and ensure timely submission of monthly sales reports.

Requirements
