About the position

The Plant Personnel/General Labor position involves performing various general labor tasks in a plant environment. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in different weather conditions while ensuring the proper maintenance of machinery and assisting with loading and unloading materials.

Responsibilities

• Performing general labor duties
• Shoveling
• Loading/Unloading rock
• Checking machines for maintenance needs
• Oiling/greasing machines as needed
• Performing any other duties assigned by facility manager

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to shovel repeatedly
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work in all-weather environments for prolonged periods of time
