The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle various customer interactions while working closely with coaches to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound fundraising calls using an automated dialer.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Use scripts to provide information about candidates or causes.
• Record the donor's personal information accurately in a computer system.
• Correctly code calls.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience in fundraising or similar calling roles.
• Ability to work with scripts and follow guidelines for calls.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with inbound/outbound calls.
• Familiarity with fundraising, polling, or survey calls.
